This position requires a subject matter expert in Wealth Management to lead the team and manage the KYC of APAC clients.


Job Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the team's pipeline/performance against key metrics and objectives
  2. Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to team members
  3. Cultivate an environment of strong teamwork and client focus
  4. Operate as escalation point for the team
  5. Lead collaborative dialogue with partners/stakeholders
  6. Evaluate and present solutions to improve controls across the organization and process
  7. Identify and execute initiatives to maintain a robust end-to-end process

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or related disciplines
  • At least 7 years of KYC or related experience
  • Strong understanding of KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements
  • Proven ability in team and book of work management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
