Performance-Driven Ad Specialist Role

About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Ad Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will utilize your hands-on experience in managing and scaling Meta Ads and Google Ads, specifically within the EdTech sector targeting international markets such as the US & UK.

Your primary responsibility will be delivering high-quality leads at optimized costs while collaborating closely with the marketing and sales teams to achieve growth goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Planning, creating, managing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms.
  • Targeting and retargeting relevant international audiences, especially in the US & UK, for EdTech offerings.
  • Monitoring ad performance, continually optimizing campaigns to reduce costs and improve return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Conducting competitor analysis and audience research to refine targeting strategies.
  • Developing ad creatives, briefing designers/writers as needed, and conducting A/B tests on copy, creatives, and placements.
  • Analyzing data and generating insightful reports for management on campaign performance.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Proven 2+ years of experience in running Meta Ads and Google Ads for EdTech companies, with a focus on the US and UK markets.
  • Strong knowledge of campaign structure, budgeting, keyword strategy, ad copy creation, and bid optimization.
  • A deep understanding of international lead generation strategies and funnel optimization.
  • The ability to interpret data using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and similar platforms.
