Main Responsibilities:
  • Quality Control Analysis: Perform thorough quality control analysis on materials at incoming, intermediate and final stages to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Facility Maintenance: Operate, maintain and troubleshoot lab facilities, monitoring & measuring devices to ensure optimal performance.
  • Scheduling and Maintenance: Schedule or perform preventive maintenance/servicing or calibration works to minimize downtime and ensure product conformity.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and ensure outgoing product conformity status to meeting delivery schedule.
  • Reporting and Certification: Generate analysis reports and certificate of assurance for customers to demonstrate our commitment to quality.
  • Procedure Development: Establish, review and maintain standard operating procedures and records for compliance to ISO standards.
  • Investigation and Improvement: Perform data analysis and initiate investigation when out of control/specification situations arise, and implement continual improvement plans or projects for quality management system's effectiveness.
  • Lab Safety and Inventory: Implement and enforce good laboratory & safety practices, and plan reagent and lab consumables procurement for good inventory control.
