We are seeking a highly skilled Process Efficiency Specialist to join our team and contribute to the success of our company.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for process improvement and efficiency, with experience in high volume production environments.
They will be responsible for supporting the production ramp schedule, establishing standard operating procedures (SOPs), control plans (CAS) and failure mode effects analysis (FMEA) for related processes.
Additionally, they will optimize and maintain processes using statistical process control (SPC) knowledge and design of experiments (DOE).
- Support production ramp schedule through process qualification, productivity improvement and new tool release
- Establish SOPs, CAS and FMEA for related processes
- Optimize and maintain processes by utilizing SPC and DOE knowledge
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive organizational goals
This role requires a degree/master in Engineering, preferably in Electrical/Electronics/Chemical/Microelectronics/Sciences or Material Science, along with at least 4 years of relevant experience in process engineering.
Strong analytical skills, mathematical abilities, written and verbal communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate should also be meticulous, fast learners able to work in diverse environments.
