Retail Sales Associate

Are you a motivated and customer-focused individual looking for a dynamic sales role? We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team in various locations across the island.

About the Role

We offer a range of responsibilities, including:

  • Greeting and engaging customers, responding to queries, and providing exceptional customer service
  • Operating cash registers, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers
  • Working as a team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets
  • Maintaining shop cleanliness and tidiness throughout the sales floor
  • Introducing promotions and upselling to customers
  • Handling weekly new stock arrivals and inter-outlet transfers

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be part of a fast-paced environment where you will have opportunities to develop your skills and take on additional responsibilities. Our training program will help you grow professionally and personally.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum GCE N Level/O Level/ITE/Higher Nitec qualification in any field
  • A clean and tidy appearance
  • Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction
  • Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays

You will also require:

  • Candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
