Digital Delivery Specialist Job Summary

Are you a skilled professional with expertise in Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) strategies? Do you have experience managing Building Information Modelling (BIM) efforts and coordinating with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors?

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive IDD Strategies: Implement IDD strategies in design, construction, and handover stages to ensure alignment with corporate digital transformation objectives and industry standards.
  • BIM Management: Manage and coordinate BIM efforts across consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure consistent use of the Common Data Environment (CDE) and adherence to the BIM Execution Plan.
  • Automation and Tools: Develop automation scripts and tools to enhance BIM workflows and data handling efficiency, customize dashboards and digital construction tools to suit specific project needs.
  • Integration and Support: Collaborate with IT and digital teams to integrate APIs and data platforms as required, support project teams in the adoption of digital tools like Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, and Synchro.
  • Training and Liaison: Conduct training sessions and onboarding programs for internal staff and external stakeholders on IDD tools and processes, serve as the primary liaison for IDD coordination with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor digital implementation progress, generate performance and compliance reports, and identify areas for improvement or innovation in digital project delivery.
  • Capability Building: Support capability building by mentoring stakeholders in the use of digital tools, sourcing relevant external training, and assessing organizational learning needs related to digital technologies.
