Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled sales professional to drive business growth across multiple geographies in the APAC region. As an experienced sales leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales plans to achieve assigned revenue targets.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in identifying and closing RPO business across priority APAC markets. You will work closely with internal teams to align client workforce challenges with innovative and scalable RPO solutions.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve assigned revenue targets.
  2. Own and manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and execute account expansion initiatives.
  4. Build and nurture deep client relationships to uncover new opportunities.
  5. Represent the organisation at industry events to reinforce brand presence and thought leadership.

The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with a collaborative mindset, ready to make a measurable impact in a high-visibility role. They will have excellent executive communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to travel approximately 20%.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in RPO business development.
  • Proven track record of success in identifying and closing RPO business across priority APAC markets.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams to align client workforce challenges with innovative solutions.
  • Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel approximately 20%.
