Job Opportunity: Coaching Development

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Coaching Intern. This role provides a unique opportunity for hands-on learning and growth in the field of basketball coaching.

The internship is designed to equip individuals with the skills and knowledge required to succeed in a coaching environment. Through this experience, you will gain insight into how structured training develops youth athletes, and develop your leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.

This internship is ideal for students or young professionals passionate about basketball, sports, or youth development. You will have the chance to work closely with experienced coaches, observe coach-to-player interaction, and learn from real-world scenarios.

As a Coaching Intern, your responsibilities will include shadowing coaches during training sessions and games, supporting in managing drills and practice routines, and gaining exposure to league & tournament environments.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be enthusiastic, reliable, and willing to learn. A playing background in basketball is a bonus, but not required.
