This is a high-level client management role that involves overseeing the delivery of professional services and outsourced solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and coaching abilities, with a focus on ensuring client satisfaction and service delivery excellence.
About This Role:
This Senior Client Relationship Manager position is responsible for managing one or more MS Client Delivery Specialists to support the business and maintain the company's reputation. Key responsibilities include leading and coaching a team, ensuring service delivery aligns with agreements, collaborating with various stakeholders, and driving service delivery excellence through team motivation and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach a team of Service Delivery Specialists
- Ensure services are delivered as per agreements and contracts
- Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate and select vendors
- Proactively engage with suppliers to resolve issues
- Manage operating budgets and billing processes
- Consult legal representatives for contract escalations
- Review proposals and ensure alignment with growth objectives
- Contribute to presales processes and provide advice
- Drive service delivery excellence and resolve contractual issues
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess senior-level client engagement experience and experience in Managed Services and/or Support Services environment. Additionally, they should have experience managing service delivery teams or related functions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or equivalent degree with related experience
- ITIL certification
