The role of a Branch Manager is to oversee the daily operations of a beauty branch. This includes managing a team of beauty therapists, consultants and other staff members.

As a Branch Manager, you will play a dual role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch while providing expert beauty advice and personalized service to clients.

To excel in this position, you should have proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar managerial role in the beauty industry.

You should also have strong knowledge of beauty products and treatments, as well as proficiency in using management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

The ideal candidate will be able to lead and motivate a team, drive sales, and ensure the branch operates efficiently and effectively.

This role involves various responsibilities including overseeing all day-to-day operations of the branch, leading, training and motivating a team of beauty therapists, consultants and other staffs, ensuring excellent customer service, monitoring and managing inventory levels, developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability, maintaining the branch's appearance, conducting regular performance evaluations and providing feedback to staffs, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, managing the branch budget and financial performance, greeting and assisting customers, maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the latest beauty products and trends, meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to the overall store performance, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and effectively.

Key qualifications for this role include:
