Emergency Response Professional

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Emergency Response Professional to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the Crew Leader of an emergency ambulance service, primarily responding to stable cases and non-emergency situations. However, you will also face a variety of emergency cases on a weekly basis.

  • Paramedic Pathway: Employees can progress to a Paramedical Pathway with opportunities to pursue diplomas or certificates in paramedicine.
  • Managerial Pathway: Employees can develop managerial skills and progress to management courses, such as operational or supply chain management.
  • Training Pathway: Employees can become trainers and instructors, pursuing courses in instructor training and WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance.

Requirements:

  • BCLS/AED

- Respond to emergency and non-emergency cases as the Crew Leader of an emergency ambulance service

- Develop and implement effective response strategies

- Provide medical care and support to patients

- Collaborate with other emergency services and healthcare professionals
