Financial Analysis Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting financial data, reconciling reports, preparing monthly and yearly reports, resolving employee queries on a day-to-day basis, and handling information on investment reports.

A key aspect of this role is to work closely with the finance team to provide timely and accurate financial insights. The ideal candidate should have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Required qualifications include a B.Com/M.Com degree and a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis. Intermediate-level Excel experience is required, and experience with Workday is preferable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile financial reports and analyze data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports for management.
  • Resolve employee queries on a day-to-day basis within specified TAT.
  • Handle information on investment reports required to be filled by employees on the portal.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to provide timely and accurate financial insights.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis.
  • Intermediate-level Excel experience.
  • Experience with Workday preferred.
