Beverage Dispenser and Customer Service Specialist



Key Responsibilities:
  • To prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and other drinks to customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • To interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations as needed to enhance their dining experience.
  • To maintain a clean and organized bar area, restock supplies, and replenish inventory as necessary.
  • To check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age and comply with all food and beverage regulations.
  • To plan and present bar menus to customers, highlighting new beverages and specials.
  • To liaise with management on wine lists and creating new beverages.

Requirements:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Beverage Dispenser and Customer Service Specialist who possesses the following qualifications:

  • Prior experience in bartending is highly desirable.
  • A comprehensive knowledge of a wide range of cocktails, wines, beers, and other alcoholic beverages, along with drink recipes and mixology techniques.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Friendly and positive attitude, with a strong team-oriented mindset and a passion for working in the F&B industry.
  • Ability to work on weekends and public holidays as required.
