Job Description

You will lead a team of data analysts and take charge of delivering high-quality insights to support strategic decision-making. As a senior manager in the field of data analytics, you will be responsible for partnering with various business units to provide actionable recommendations and drive business growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Executive-Level Presentations: Develop clear and visually engaging presentations that synthesize complex findings for senior leadership.
  • Insight Generation: Lead the creation of balanced scorecards, monthly business reviews, and insights functions to deliver data-driven recommendations.
  • Techno-Functional Oversight: Serve as a liaison between business teams and data solutions to ensure alignment on data needs and effective communication.
  • Storytelling with Data: Elevate the narrative of analytics by crafting concise and compelling stories tailored for diverse audiences.
  • Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with executive leaders to develop a strategic analytics roadmap focused on high-impact projects within set timelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Team Leadership: Proven experience leading a team of at least 4–6 data analysts, providing project guidance, technical coaching, performance reviews, and workload prioritization.
  • Descriptive and Prescriptive Insights: Deliver clearly presented, high-quality insights that tell a story and lead to actionable recommendations for the business.
  • Understanding of Digital Media: Familiarity with the digital media landscape, including key metrics across both digital content and digital advertising.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to act as a trusted consultant to business units, influencing stakeholders through clear and persuasive communication.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management: Building relationships with stakeholders at all levels to understand their business needs and strategic goals.
