Data Analytics Leader

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned data analytics leader to drive strategic decision-making across our organization. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven strategies that unlock business value and improve customer experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards to measure progress against goals
  • Develop and maintain statistical models to predict business outcomes and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior analysts and data scientists
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Physics, Economics, or a related quantitative field
  • At least 10 years of experience in data analytics, including experience in product analytics within Payments, e-commerce, or financial services
  • Experience managing sprint planning and execution across analysts, with clear alignment to executive leadership
  • Excellent initiative in unstructured environments, with attention to detail
