Job Description

E-commerce professional required to conceptualize, manage, and operate e-commerce platforms.

  • Conceptualize e-commerce campaigns.
  • Manage and operate e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and Shopee.
  • Monitor and analyze Facebook ad traffic and performance to optimize ROI.
Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversee the maintenance and functionality of the company's e-commerce websites.
  • Track sales performance and generate regular internal reports and insights.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor social media presence and promotional activities.
  • Conduct monthly inventory reviews across retail and online sales channels.
  • Update and optimize product listings, including descriptions and visuals.
  • Drive monthly sales growth across both retail and online platforms.
  • Expand customer base and explore new sales channels.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform additional ad-hoc duties as assigned to support business operations.
Requirements

The ideal candidate should have at least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field.
