Job Title: Digital Commerce ProfessionalAbout the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Commerce Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of e-commerce platforms, including WIX, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. They will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing these online storefronts by ensuring timely updates of product listings, visuals, pricing, and stock status.

The successful candidate will also manage vouchers, promo campaigns, and affiliate links on marketplaces, plan and execute promotional campaigns, and coordinate communications across various channels.

In addition, they will support the setup of ad campaigns (Facebook, Google) and A/B testing initiatives, work with the product and content team to create promotional assets that align with campaign goals, and manage and automate email flows (welcome, post-purchase, cart reminders).

Data tracking and performance analysis is a critical aspect of this role, requiring the ability to track campaign performance using GA, Meta Ads Manager, and marketplace dashboards. The successful candidate will generate monthly reports with actionable insights (CTR, conversion rates, sales lift, etc.) and recommend improvements to the online experience and conversion funnel.

Requirements:
  • Experience managing e-commerce platforms
  • Working knowledge of EDM platforms and GA4
  • Experience setting up online campaigns, vouchers, and store mechanics
  • Strong coordination and attention to detail across multiple platforms
  • Basic design and visual editing skills (e.g., Canva, Figma)
