Strategic Supply Chain Professional

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to lead our end-to-end supply chain operations. As a Supply Chain Manager, you will oversee procurement, logistics, inventory management, and supplier relationships to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with business objectives.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing supply chain strategies to optimize operations and reduce costs. You will oversee procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution activities, manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners, monitor supply chain performance using KPIs, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate demand forecasting, inventory control, and material planning, identifying supply chain risks, and developing mitigation strategies. A strong leader, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, sales, and finance, and manage the supply chain team to enhance performance and capabilities.
Requirements include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field, 6–10 years of experience in supply chain or logistics, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. You must have strong knowledge of supply chain processes, inventory management, and logistics operations, as well as proven experience in supplier management and contract negotiations.
