Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to manage our full procurement process, from sourcing and negotiation to purchase orders and contracts.

The successful candidate will source and liaise with suppliers for F&B ingredients, packaging materials, kitchen equipment, cleaning services, and pest control.

They will work closely with outlet and kitchen teams to ensure timely supply of goods and services, monitor inventory levels, coordinate warehouse stock, and conduct regular stock takes.

The ideal candidate will verify and tally supplier invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes before submission to Finance, and coordinate logistics, equipment servicing, and general operational support.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field is required.
  • Strong vendor management, stock control, and coordination skills are essential.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment are must-haves.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin is an advantage.
