As a Clinic Operations Executive/Clinic Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our clinics. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily operations to ensure efficient patient flow and managing a team of clinic assistants.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with at least 2-3 years of relevant supervisory experience in a GP clinic or healthcare setting. A Diploma in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Business Administration, or related field is also required.
- Supervise daily operations to ensure smooth clinic functioning and patient flow.
- Manage and lead a team of clinic assistants.
- Prepare staff rosters, manage leave schedules, and ensure adequate manpower coverage.
- Oversee appointment scheduling, patient registration, billing, and collection processes.
- Handle patient feedback and resolve service-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate and manage the inventory and ordering of medical supplies and equipment.
- Assist Operations Manager in planning and coordinating daily clinic operations and resource utilisation to ensure cost-efficient and effective management of the clinic.
- Contribute to the planning and implementation of strategies, proposals and activities to improve work processes and service quality, working in collaboration with HQ.
- Support doctors in clinic operations and assist in implementing new systems or procedures.
- Conduct staff training and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and working instructions in all areas related to operations.
- Participate in new initiatives and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and submit operational reports as required by management.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant supervisory experience in a GP clinic or healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of MOH regulatory requirements for GP clinic, insurance providers program and process.
- Knowledge of clinic operations, Medisave/CHAS processes, HSG, and EMR systems (e.g. SGIMED, Clinic Assist, Plato, etc.).
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Customer service oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
- Willingness to travel to various clinic locations.
