Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team in the role of Payment Operations Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about payment operations and customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established policies and procedures. They will also be working on incoming tickets related to incoming payments, payouts & fraud, supporting and advising management on all matters related to payment methods and systems, maintaining in-house online payment systems, investigating and resolving any payment-related issues, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant experience with JIRA and SQL.
  • The ability to efficiently manage incoming and outgoing tasks based on priorities.
  • The capacity and willingness to quickly learn new software and systems.
  • Strong hands-on mentality, solutions-mindedness and striving for excellence.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and partners.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
