Job Title: Human Resource Specialist

This is a key role in any organization, responsible for overseeing the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.

  • The position requires managing full recruitment processes, talent management, performance appraisal, compensation and benefits, and strategic development.
  • Additionally, it involves administering payroll functions, including claims, overtime payments, bonuses, and monthly salaries.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with HR policies and processes.
  • Maintenance of accurate and up-to-date employee data aligning with best HR practices and policies is also crucial.
  • Support for internal and external audits, manpower reports, government surveys, and other tasks assigned by senior management is necessary.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in Human Resource Management.
  • Prior experience in banking and finance is highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders across various departments.
  • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on attention to detail.
