Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and organized professional to fill the role of Associate Executive for a temporary period of six months. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer master records, preparing invoices, reconciling accounts, and handling various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate customer master records
  • Prepare and submit invoices for non-patient accounts and record miscellaneous receipts
  • Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger with the general ledger and manage credit card collections
  • Process bad debts and verify statements of account
  • Follow up on outstanding bills from corporate accounts
  • Compute professional fees for inpatient billing
  • Verify Medisave transactions and support related queries
  • Handle client enquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Assist in system integration matters and prepare audit schedules

Requirements:

  • A minimum A Level or Diploma qualification is required
  • The successful candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented individual with good communication skills is essential
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team is necessary
