Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to fill the role of Temp Associate Executive

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and update customer master records with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Prepare invoices for non-patient services and record miscellaneous receipts in a timely manner
  • Reconcile accounts receivable ledger versus general ledger and manage credit card collections efficiently
  • Receive and write off bad debts in accordance with company policies
  • Follow up on outstanding corporate accounts and verify statements of accounts regularly

Requirements:

  • 6 months commitment
  • Start date: 1st September 2025

Working Hours:

  • Office hours, 5 days a week, Monday to Friday

Job Scope:

  • Fundamental to this position is maintaining accurate records, ensuring timely payments, and resolving discrepancies
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills are essential for success in this role
