The Role

This role requires a highly skilled professional who can design, implement, and deploy SAP SuccessFactors human resources solutions for Employee Central, Employee Central Timeoff, Learning Management, and Reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors system configuration, HR processes, and local/global statutory reporting and audit requirements.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Project Management: Lead or assist in SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects, managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  2. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with HR and business leaders to gather and document HR requirements.
  3. Configuration: Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors modules to align with client-specific HR processes and policies.
  4. Data Migration: Manage data migration activities, ensuring accurate and secure transfer of HR data into SuccessFactors.
  5. Testing: Develop and execute test plans and scripts, conduct system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  6. Training: Provide training to end-users, HR teams, and administrators on how to effectively use SuccessFactors modules.
  7. Integration: Ensure successful integration of SuccessFactors with other HR systems, such as payroll and timekeeping systems.
  8. Support: Offer post-implementation support, troubleshoot and resolve system issues, and assist with system upgrades and enhancements respecting timelines/SLA.
  9. Documentation: Create and maintain project documentation, including configuration guides and user manuals.
  10. Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with SAP SuccessFactors updates and best practices, advising clients on industry trends and how to leverage new features.
Job Requirements
  1. Degree in Information Technology or its equivalent.
  2. At least 8 years of relevant experiences with 2 SuccessFactors SDLC implementations.
  3. Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors system configuration, HR processes/workflow, local/global statutory reporting and audit requirements.
  4. Highly self-motivated and able to handle multiple priorities/projects.
  5. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Chinese language is required to engage China stakeholder teams.
  7. Responsible and organized individual with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Candidates with regional project management will have an added advantage.
