Job Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic professional to join our team as an After School Care Teacher.

The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating academic growth by coaching and guiding primary school students in completing daily homework, including Chinese homework and spelling exercises.

Maintaining teaching resources is also a key aspect of the role, ensuring the classroom is well-equipped and visually appealing with innovative materials and engaging activities.

Fostering strong relationships with students and parents through regular communication and updates is essential for promoting trust and understanding.

As a positive role model, the teacher will inspire creativity and confidence among students.

Safety during transportation from school to our centre and within the premises is a top priority, adhering to strict safety protocols.

Performing ad-hoc duties as delegated by the Centre Manager demonstrates adaptability and flexibility.

Requirements
  • Diploma in any discipline or GCE A Level with at least 2 years of experience in the student care environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to manage classrooms effectively.
  • A positive mindset, enthusiasm, and energy to learn and grow with the organisation.
  • Ability to teach primary school subjects is an added advantage but not necessary.
  • Fresh graduates passionate about teaching and willing to undergo training are welcome to apply.
