We are seeking a highly skilled Product Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at SHARE RESOURCES PRIVATE LIMITED. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the production shift team with sample testing and ensuring the quality of our products.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a strong background in chemical engineering or a related field, with experience in analytical techniques such as gas chromatography, gel permeation chromatography, Fourier infrared analysis, and titration method. You will also possess excellent project management skills and be able to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Sampling and Testing: Support the production shift team with sampling and testing procedures to ensure product quality.
- Cleaning and Preparation: Clean and prepare sampling apparatus, ampules, gel bottles, and other laboratory glassware for use.
- Analytical Equipment: Prepare reagents and standard samples for analytical equipment, including gas chromatography, gel permeation chromatography, and Fourier infrared analysis.
- Troubleshooting: Report abnormalities and support troubleshooting of equipment to minimize downtime.
- Quality Control: Review and revise QC process flow, control plans, and SOPs for analytical processes, including non-prime product, process problems, and customer complaints.
- Root Cause Analysis: Investigate root causes of issues and develop corrective action plans to prevent recurrence.
- Education: Min NITEC or Diploma in Chemical Engineering field or other relevant certificates.
- Skills: Analytical knowledge and skills, including gas chromatography, gel permeation chromatography, Fourier infrared analysis, and titration method. Experience with project management and multitasking is essential.
- Personality: Highly motivated, a team player, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
We offer a competitive salary range of SGD 45,000 - 60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, annual leave, and training opportunities.
