Job Title: Key Performance Manager

About the Job

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in guaranteeing the success of our engagement surveys. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for someone who excels in analytical work, strong communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.

Main Responsibilities
  • Preparation of employee listings and execution of data mining, cleansing, and extraction tasks.
  • Provision of analytical support for surveys, encompassing accuracy checks and troubleshooting activities.
  • Collaboration on logistical and administrative tasks, such as primary staffing work, communication broadcasts, and meeting preparation.
  • Identification of gaps in survey information and maintenance of knowledge management systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
  • Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Benefits
