Job Title:
Tea Barista

Key Responsibilities:

Craft and serve high-quality matcha-based beverages to our discerning guests.

Assist with daily operations, including setup, brewing, cleaning, and restocking of the tea bar.

Develop your skills in brewing, maintaining a clean and organized tea bar, and handling tools and equipment with care.

Engage with customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring their memorable experience.

Share your knowledge of tea and recommend thoughtfully, enhancing the customer's visit.

Collaborate with the team to maintain a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Adhere to food safety protocols and maintain a clean environment at all times.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience as a barista or in a related role is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to multitask, work well under pressure, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Friendly smile, positive attitude, and reliable demeanor.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new recipes, procedures, and technologies.
