Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage multiple customer software implementation projects across the Asia Pacific region. The ideal candidate will have extensive project management experience and be able to effectively plan, schedule, and control complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Apply strong project management skills and customer experience to deliver project goals.
  • Schedule Management: Create and actively manage project schedules by estimating, identifying, tracking, and driving overall project timelines, milestones, tasks, deliverables, customer requirements, task dependencies, and critical paths.
  • Scrum Master: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, encourage effective communication, and coach the team to apply Agile principles and Scrum practices.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to integrate activities with other departments and vendors to ensure successful implementation and support.
  • Issue/Risk Management: Anticipate, identify, track, and drive resolutions on risks and issues that may impact implementation projects.
  • Scope Management: Ensure the project remains focused on key objectives and goals, and develop and manage project expectations to engage all applicable functional areas.
  • Communication Management: Clearly convey information and ideas to internal and external stakeholders using various media formats.
  • Change Management: Utilize proper change management procedures to ensure scope is managed and additional work is captured and appropriately billed to customers.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of external customer Project Management experience.
  • Experience managing complex software implementation projects.
  • Experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies and enterprise-level application development projects.
  • Strong business acumen and relationship skills to build partnerships with customers, stakeholders, and peers.
  • Ability to travel 30% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Science & Technology, or equivalent.
  • PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent preferred.
  • Expertise in airline crew management solutions.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including MS Project; Primavera experience is a plus.
