Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the General Manager and HR Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide administrative assistance to the General Manager and HR Team.
  • Assist in the maintenance of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and other relevant certifications.
  • Liaise with IT vendors to resolve technical issues.
  • Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma or above and have at least 2 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with IT software and hardware, ISO internal auditor certification, and HR functions is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is also required.
