Responsibilities
  • Migrate Systems: Oversee the entire migration process from our current system to a new platform, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality delivery.
  • Collaborate Teams: Act as a key liaison between English- and Chinese-speaking teams, fostering collaboration and minimizing communication barriers.
  • Drive Project Execution: Manage project plans, timelines, and budgets using Agile or hybrid methodologies, monitoring progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure Quality: Partner with technical teams to validate system requirements, test functionality, and ensure the new platform meets performance benchmarks.
  • Develop Training Materials: Create comprehensive training materials to support users in adapting to the new system, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

This role requires a strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, and data migration processes. Experience with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana is a plus.
