Manufacturing Process Optimization Specialist

At MR BEAN INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD., we are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Process Optimization Specialist to join our team.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in planning and coordinating production schedules to meet customer demands, monitoring and optimizing production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste, ensuring compliance with FSMS, SFA regulations and environmental policies, supervising and training production staff, analyzing production data and providing reports on performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, collaborating with maintenance teams to ensure equipment is properly maintained and operational, supporting quality assurance initiatives and troubleshooting production issues as they arise, participating in budgeting and cost management to ensure financial targets are met, contributing to continuous improvement projects employing lean manufacturing principles, and assisting in inventory management ensuring adequate supply levels for uninterrupted production.
QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or a related field, 3 years of experience in manufacturing or operations with at least 1 year in a supervisory role, strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control, excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team, proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with production management software, strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational challenges, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities, and knowledge of ISO 22000 and HACCP.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires a competitive salary, between SGD $8,000 - SGD $12,000 per month, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
