Internal Audit Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Internal Audit Associate to join our team.
- Job Description:
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Assess risks and develop audit plans to address potential vulnerabilities.
- Perform tests of controls and substantive analytical procedures to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls.
- Review financial statements and identify areas for improvement.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to management and relevant stakeholders.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Professional certifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
