Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain a high level of customer service.

  • Manage daily operations of the barber shop, including scheduling appointments, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Supervise junior staff, providing guidance and training to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing teams and achieving business goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Familiarity with hair care and cutting techniques a plus.
