Job Description:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Indian-style Gentlemen Barbershop. With expansion plans in place, we are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager Barber to join our dynamic team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must have existing clients who can generate 10K sales monthly. You should also possess excellent cutting skills to teach and guide junior staff members. In addition, you will need to have a solid understanding of barber business operations, including inventory management and customer service skills.

Others:
Our barbershop operates from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm daily, with regular breaks throughout the day. As a result, you will need to be able to speak multiple languages, including English, Tamil, Malay, and Mandarin, due to our diverse clientele base. Your responsibilities will include providing hair cutting, shaving, and washing services, as well as hair coloring and styling, hair and scalp treatments, beard and moustache trimming/shaving, and head, shoulder, and upper back massages. You will also be responsible for maintaining stock inventory levels and ensuring that our shop runs smoothly on a daily basis.
