Job Title: Maintenance Scheduler

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Scheduler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize resource utilization.
  • Collaborate with production personnel, maintenance supervisors, and engineers to identify and prioritize maintenance tasks.
  • Manage and track maintenance records, including work orders, parts inventory, and equipment condition.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to perform repairs and maintenance as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering or business administration.
  • 3+ years of experience in maintenance scheduling or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
