We are seeking a highly skilled professional with a deep understanding of end-to-end technology infrastructure to take ownership of the full lifecycle of our technology stack.

  • Provide expert-level support for desktops, windows applications, market data terminals, voice systems, and turret phones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, maintain, and optimize the entire technology infrastructure.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Systems Engineering experience or equivalent.
  • Windows: Extensive experience with Windows Desktop and Server operating systems, strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and scripting (e.g., PowerShell).
  • Trading Systems: Solid experience with trade floor infrastructure, including market data systems and trading applications.
  • Networking: Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and ability to troubleshoot network-related issues.
  • Voice/Data: Experience with voice systems, including turret phones and voice recording systems common in financial institutions.
