We are seeking a skilled professional to take on the role of Project Manager for Renal Supportive Care. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the project, including developing and implementing a multidisciplinary management approach for advanced CKD patients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and driving the implementation of Kidney Supportive Care clinic

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Degree in Nursing, Biomedical Science, Life Sciences, Biotechnology or General Science
- A certificate / diploma in Renal Nursing will be advantageous
- Registered Nurse with at least 3 years of clinical experience
- At least 5 years prior working experience in a healthcare environment and have assumed some managerial duties before
You must also possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to lead a team in the implementation of the programme to deliver all key performance indicators.
