About the Role

This position involves representing the organization professionally as a front line employee. Responsibilities include identifying and responding to customer needs by providing technical guidance.

Additionally, collaboration with internal and external stakeholders is crucial. This includes working closely with customers, contractors, workshops etc. Preparing quotations and raising work orders accordingly are part of these responsibilities.

Liaising with controllers & contractors on service/repair quality and price of work is also essential. Follow up with workshop & contractors on the service / repair of the vehicles and provide feedback to customers.

Update the service/repair schedule and vehicle collection with customers. Investigate customer complaints, rectify problems within guidelines, and escalate more pressing issues to Supervisors when necessary.

Ad hoc duties may be assigned by Supervisors. The successful candidate will possess problem solving ability & a customer centric mindset, good communication skills, and proficiency in basic MS Office.

Requirements:

  • Possesses problem solving ability & a customer centric mindset

  • Proficient in basic MS Office
  • Prior working experience in the automotive industry in the workshop or similar role for at least 1 year preferred (will also consider those without)
  • Strong customer fronting experience
