We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our Human Resource team in Singapore. This is a unique opportunity to support the Regional CHRO and regional HR team, ensuring seamless operations within the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General administration, including approvals management, budgeting, and compliance with internal policies and procedures
  • Scheduling, organizing, and coordinating meetings, events, conferences, including agenda preparation
  • Managing travel arrangements, itineraries, accommodations, transportation
  • Tracking HR projects across APA, following up on key timelines, providing reminders
  • Supporting activities within the APAC Planning and Human Resources Department

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in secretarial or administrative roles, preferably in banking or financial services sector, interest in human resources functions
  • Proactive approach, organized, strong relationship-building skills
  • Collaborative mindset, willingness to take on hands-on tasks as needed
  • Japanese language proficiency an added advantage
