Office Administrator for HR Support

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our Human Resource team in Singapore. This is a unique opportunity to support the Regional CHRO and regional HR team, ensuring seamless operations within the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- General administration, including approvals management, budgeting, and compliance with internal policies and procedures
- Scheduling, organizing, and coordinating meetings, events, conferences, including agenda preparation
- Managing travel arrangements, itineraries, accommodations, transportation
- Tracking HR projects across APA, following up on key timelines, providing reminders
- Supporting activities within the APAC Planning and Human Resources Department
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in secretarial or administrative roles, preferably in banking or financial services sector, interest in human resources functions
- Proactive approach, organized, strong relationship-building skills
- Collaborative mindset, willingness to take on hands-on tasks as needed
- Japanese language proficiency an added advantage
