Job Description:

The role of a Legal Support Specialist is to provide assistance to the Legal & Compliance team in various functions.

This position involves collaborating with external company secretaries and internal stakeholders to ensure timely reporting and adherence to good governance practices.

  • Liaising with external company secretaries to ensure on-time reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Maintaining policies and standard documents related to compliance and risk management
  • Reviewing reports and documents to conduct due diligence on business partners
  • Preparing risk-assessment related documents and coordinating with internal teams

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, the candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar field and a solid understanding of compliance and risk management principles.
