Back-end Software Developer

We are seeking a talented software developer to join our team. You will be responsible for the development and maintenance of back-end systems that support business operations and mobile game platforms.

  • Ambitious software developer sought to architect, design, and build internal systems and platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of back-end systems with front-end platforms and databases.
  • Ongoing optimization of performance, scalability, and reliability of back-end systems is essential.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth system operations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of software development processes, ensuring high standards of code quality, testing, and deployment.
  • Document technical designs, implementation details, and system configurations for internal use.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field required.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar capacity preferred.
  • Good coding and documentation habits, familiarity with design patterns and principles, and continuous focus on project optimization are must-haves.
  • Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Java, Golang, Python, and PHP is necessary.
  • Familiarity with common Internet technologies including Linux systems and principles, MySQL, RPC, MQ, caching technologies, and microservice architectures is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of business needs with a track record of leading or contributing to large-scale software platform projects is essential.
  • Experience working with Javascript, CSS, and frontend frameworks such as React or Vue is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical skills, proactive in identifying and solving technical challenges, and driving solutions within the team are key.
  • Ability to work closely with team members and facilitate issue resolution, ensuring efficient and effective collaboration is vital.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese is required to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.
