Job Title: Marketing Strategy Professional

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly driven and passionate Integrated Marketing Strategist to develop and drive innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about building a career in the finance industry.

  • Develop, launch, and optimise ROI-driven advertising campaigns across the digital landscape.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop customer propositions for products and ensure consistent delivery of messaging across all customers' communication touch points.
  • Monitor and review the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and other marketing initiatives for optimised results.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading product/campaign marketing assets development.
  • Conducting propositions/ideas/concepts testing with customers and distribution channels.
  • Proactively finding opportunities within the marketplace and staying on top of industry trends.
  • Using data and insights to drive marketing decisions and refresh customer propositions to optimise results.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A local diploma or a Bachelor's Degree in mass communication or marketing.
  • At least 2 years' proven track record in managing and executing integrated marketing communication campaigns.
  • Good understanding or prior experience in the Insurance or Financial Services industry.
