As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for driving business growth in the IP surveillance sector across the region.
">Key Responsibilities:- We are seeking an experienced individual to develop new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and market analysis.
- To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and relationship-building skills to foster strong connections with channel partners, system integrators, and end-users.
- You will conduct thorough technical evaluations, demonstrations, and solution presentations independently, utilizing your expertise to showcase our products and services.
- Lead installation and commissioning of systems during pre-sales or pilot project stages, ensuring seamless integration and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with sales, technical, and product teams to tailor solutions to meet customer needs, providing market insights and feedback to enhance regional sales strategies.
- Represent our organization at industry events and partner meetings, promoting our brand and building strategic relationships.
Education:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering is essential, while an MBA can be advantageous.
- With a minimum of 5 years of experience in the IP video surveillance industry, you must possess proven hands-on experience with system installation, commissioning, and deployment.
- You should be able to conduct independent POCs and technical evaluations, demonstrating a strong understanding of IP network configurations, VMS platforms, cameras, and surveillance infrastructure.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skills are vital for success in this role.
- Comfortable with regional travel and managing accounts across multiple countries, you will be required to adapt to diverse environments and cultures.
