Job Title: ServiceNow User Experience Designer
We are seeking a skilled UI/UX designer to support ServiceNow projects, shaping intuitive user-friendly workflows and contributing to the evolution of a consistent design system across projects.
The ideal candidate will participate in planning and facilitating discovery activities, such as surveys, user interviews, workshops, and usability testing. They will work with business analysts and solution architects to analyze research findings and translate insights into user personas, journey maps, user flows, wireframes, and prototype concepts for testing with real users.
The user experience designer will create ServiceNow interfaces using Figma, balancing user and business needs with ServiceNow capabilities and limitations. They will drive iterative improvements to designs based on feedback from users and business stakeholders, ensuring design feasibility and alignment with project goals by collaborating with developers and product teams.
The designer will also assist in developing and maintaining a design system, ensuring ServiceNow projects follow consistent UI patterns. Additionally, they will ensure designs are compliant with government regulations, accessibility, and privacy requirements, collaborating with fellow designers to maintain quality standards and advocate for design best practices.
Requirements:
- Design Skills:
- Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Ability to create user personas, journey maps, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
- Experience with design systems and consistency in UI patterns
- Knowledge of accessibility and privacy requirements
- Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Support ServiceNow projects through design expertise
