Job Title: Senior Financial Professional

We are seeking an accomplished and meticulous Senior Financial Professional to handle our daily accounting operations, month-end financial closures, and financial statement preparation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work accurately under pressure.

  • Financial Reporting:
    • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Daily Accounting Operations:
    • Process daily accounting entries, including vouchers, accounts receivable/accounts payable, and expense claims.
  • Month-End Financial Closures:
    • Assist with month-end financial closures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Fixed Asset Management:
    • Maintain fixed asset registers and perform depreciation accounting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Background:
    • Diploma or above in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Professional Experience:
    • At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in shipping, logistics, or multinational companies.
  • Skills and Abilities:
    • Familiarity with general ledger, financial reporting, and tax filing processes.
    • Proficient in accounting software and Excel.
    • Meticulous, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
