Job Summary:

The Quality Assurance Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and materials that meet specifications and quality standards.

This leadership position involves overseeing inspection activities, leading QA teams, and providing support for inspection results, daily output, and documentation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning, directing, and supervising QA teams to achieve optimal performance.
  • Providing technical guidance and support for inspection processes, documentation, and reporting.
  • Ensuring inspections are conducted in accordance with established specifications and quality requirements.
  • Collaborating with Quality Engineers to develop and implement work instructions and training programs.
  • Timely and accurate reporting of non-conformance and participating in root cause investigations and troubleshooting activities as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and illustrations.
  • Skill in performing inspection or measurement under microscope and using various metrology tools for inspection.
  • Familiarity with using instruments like micro-meter, vernier, profile projector, and other measuring and test equipment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications and email communication.
  • Experience with CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines) is an asset.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
