Job Description:
This growth-oriented position will have the primary responsibility for providing a full range of fund administration services to private equity and debt funds. The individual will be responsible for understanding and applying current accounting principles to the accounting and financial reporting of funds, as well as reviewing transaction and valuation information.

Responsibilities and Skills Include:
- Preparation of Net Asset Value calculation and reporting
- Coordination of investor servicing activities, including investor on-boarding, capital calls, distributions, and other investor reporting
- Maintenance of a working understanding of fund documentation(s) and application of the terms to financial reporting and income and expense allocations
- Maintenance of a working knowledge of current accounting principles and development of solutions for issues
- Preparation and review of financial statements and footnotes for audit purposes
- Liaison with banks, auditors, brokers, and custodians to ensure smooth service delivery to clients and timely completion of deliverables
- Involvement in new funds on-boarding process
- Primary contact to client on daily operational issues, discussions, and any other requests
- Resolution of issues/queries raised by clients in a timely manner and maintenance of high level of client satisfaction
- Identification and highlighting of opportunities for internal process improvement and increase in operational efficiency

Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics, qualified accountant or other relevant qualification preferred
- Minimum of 2-5 years of accounting/audit/fund administration or relevant experiences
- Strong computer skills with strength in Microsoft Office products. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is particularly an asset
- Good knowledge in IFRS, US GAAP
- Knowledge in Investran would be an added advantage
