We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead the delivery of our digital products.

The ideal candidate will have experience in building and launching successful products, with a proven track record of driving product success and working effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities include leading product development, collaborating with designers and engineers, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.

Additionally, the Project Manager will be responsible for conducting user interviews, tracking development pace, and providing product support.

Qualified candidates will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently under pressure and prioritize effectively.

Certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Business Analysis Professional are highly valued but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Drive product success by bringing the product to users
  • Partner with product manager and designers to conduct user interviews
  • Partner with product manager to run sprint plannings, scrums, retrospectives
  • Track and manage development pace to ensure timely delivery
  • Conduct and support thorough systems, users, and security tests pre-release
  • Run user education campaigns to drive product adoption post-release
  • Provide product support and work with product/engineering to identify and fix bugs

Qualifications

  • Experience in building digital products
  • Proven track record of delivering effective products with limited resources
  • End to end experience working with product team to build products
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including documentation, minute taking and technical writing
  • Highly meticulous and tenacious, follows up with things to closure
  • Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure and prioritize effectively to meet tight deadlines
